Alice
When I was young, you washed my bum
You didn’t t care, because I was your chum
My diapers you changed, because I was unaware.
Because I’m your brother, and you were there.
I turned 18 and parted
I needed to get my life started
But when I failed, you gave a bed to sleep
A love so rare, that was so sweet.
For that my love, for you is strong.
As your my sister, and that not wrong.
Now your gone and my heart weeps.
Because that love is incomplete.
But as your life comes to a stop
And our your hearts begin to drop
We cherish the memories we had
And realize that we aren’t that sad.
